Entire OnHire, an end-to-end enterprise platform with mobile apps tailored for Australian casual on-hire staffing agencies in front-line industries, approached us with a bold vision. They aimed to create innovative new products that would reshape the recruitment landscape, while also needing a robust brand strategy and brand architecture to support their ambitions. With their new XeopleRecruit product in development, they sought a clear path to launch it effectively under a reimagined Xeople master brand and to structure the organization for long-term growth, positioning their suite of offerings as a forward-thinking solution and a real game-changer in the recruitment sector.
Strategy
To ensure the successful launch of the new Xeople parent company and clear communication of its different software products, our team developed a comprehensive strategy encompassing Brand and Brand Architecture, Branding, Communication, and Go-To-Market. Following a combination of qualitative and quantitative research, Pascal Satori developed a brand map, brand vision, elevator pitch, key messaging, digital channel and engagement, launch plan, and visual language.
Since our initial engagement, Pascal Satori has seamlessly integrated with the Xeople business ongoing, enhancing customer experience, designing services to improve operations, and providing strategic assistance around culture development, and business planning. We also deliver top-tier strategic leadership as their outsourced CMO in brand, strategy, and customer experience.
Impact
Collaborating closely with the founders and product teams, we helped shape the features and strategic direction of Xeople’s flagship product Entire OnHire, and the new product XeopleRecruit. Through the development of robust product marketing frameworks, we defined clear value propositions and competitive differentiators for each offering. This work ensured both products addressed market needs effectively while standing out in a crowded recruitment landscape, laying the foundation for a powerful go-to-market strategy.

Xeep Brand Mascot
Opportunity
As part of launching a new master brand, our recruitment software client Xeople were looking to create a brand mascot. Operating in a competitive space that revolves around people, they needed a creative solution to humanize their brand and expand their brand narrative to make it more engaging and memorable.
The new mascot had to align seamlessly with their existing “Hank the Tank” mascot that represents their Entire OnHire product, while introducing a fresh, versatile identity that would resonate across various platforms.
Strategy
We introduced Xeep, a dynamic mascot designed to embody the brand’s personality and serve as a pivotal character in its storytelling. Recognising the importance of transmedia storytelling, Xeep was integrated across multiple touchpoints, including the website, chatbot, social media, internal communications, and external marketing materials. To keep Xeep fresh, relatable, and adaptable, we developed a suite of accessories that add depth to its personality and enhance its storytelling potential. Xeep has become a memorable symbol, amplifying brand recall and reinforcing the company’s people-first values across all interactions.
