Transforming a pre-existing backpackers in the center of Byron Bay, Pascal Satori undertook this strategic design project and developed a one-of-a-kind experience for digital nomads and creative visionaries visiting Byron Bay.
Utilising Design Thinking and Strategic Design principles, the team at Pascal Satori worked collaboratively with stakeholders to design Vali, a co-work hotel and creative hub which celebrates the future of work, holiday and play.
A diverse business model including co-working, leased offices, event spaces and hotel – mixed with an eclectic wonderland style aesthetic, Vali booked out within one month of opening and is currently tracking with an 8.8 rating on channels like booking.com.
We directed and executed the entire creative process, including interior design, business model design, branding, marketing strategy, artwork and associated elements such as stationary, signage, collateral and website deisgn.
internMatch is an online platform designed to streamline the internship experience around the globe, and provides universities, students, agents, and host companies with a unique and personalised approach to internships. internMatch is unique in the way it enables both online and in-person graduate programs – ‘matching’ companies with interns all around the world. The platform removes barriers like hours of admin for compliance documentation, training programs and lack of community connection through a clear, carefully curated user experience.
Pascal Satori designed a complete brand identity for internMatch and translated this across all audience touchpoints including User Interface Design, Marketing Communications, Internal Communications, Environment Fitout, and more.
In order to truly understand the brand and product, Pascal Satori took on an intern from South Africa as part of the program for 12 weeks and enjoyed it so much that we will continue to take interns into the coming years.
Thread Together has been built over a decade with the succinct vision to solve two of the world’s biggest problems, with one solution – taking excess fashion stock and redistributing it to individuals in need throughout Australia.
Pascal Satori works closely with Thread Together as their strategic design and brand partner, assisting them in the development and execution of strategic objectives. As their brand manager, Pascal Satori manages all of Thread Together’s social channels and advises on both their overarching brand and communication activities, and other initiatives like new service development, stakeholder engagement and fundraising campaigns.

With Astrology becoming more and more popular, various considerations to the customer experience led to a new website design and build, a focus on building alternative social platform audiences, and creating digital content that her fans could purchase and register ongoing.

For anyone thinking about their career, and the pathway to get there – Career Navigator takes them on a guided journey throughout the potential positions, courses and skills they need in order to reach their dream future.
Pascal Satori designed the User Experience, User Interface, And strategic design direction for the online service. Focusing on uptake and sharability, Pascal Satori regognised the need for something unique and interactive, that also appealed to a psychology of ‘knowing yourself better’ that is directly appealing to younger generations. Each element was designed to be fully accessable in light mode, and the interactive component keep people engaged in a gamified ‘choose your adventure’ interface.
