Pascal Satori Pty Ltd (70 645 213 243) (Pascal Satori), We, Our, and/or Us) operates the Pascal Satori website located at www.pascalsatori.com (the Website) and the hub mobile software application (Application) (collectively, the Platform). We provide strategic design, marketing solutions and ‘marketing fitness’ tracking services via the Platform (Services).
    2. We are not bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act). However, we take the privacy of Personal Information seriously.
    3. We will handle Personal Information that we collect or obtain in connection with the provision of our Services and your interactions with the Platform and us in accordance with this Privacy Notice (Notice). Personal Information has the meaning as defined in the Privacy Act (Personal Information).

      2. how you may seek correction of your Personal Information held by us;
